Demi Stalls Divorce Over Ashton Kutchers Secret Affair With Rihanna

Demi Moore is reportedly refusing to sign the divorce papers that would end her marriage to Ashton Kutcher because she is so angry and hurt by the way he has treated her over his secret relationship with Rihanna.

The couple, who ended their six-year marriage last October reportedly promised to be honest about any new relationships but the actress had no idea that her estranged husband was carrying on with the ‘Rude Boy’ singer until it was recently made public.

"Demi is stalling as she's so hurt and angry with Ashton right now,” a friend told Grazia Magazine. "Demi was close to singing the papers a couple of weeks ago, because of pressure from the lawyers, but in light of recent events she's not feeling so cooperative."

With all the stories about the 33 year-old’s womanising the ‘Ghost’ actress, who only recently left rehab is said to be humiliated by his behaviour.

“She keeps getting bits of information from mutual friends, which is making things even worse,” a close friend explained, “when she first filed for divorce, they both made a pact that they would be upfront with each other when their time came to move on, so Ashton's behaviour is making things even worse."
But her bitterness and hatred for Ashton is said to be tearing her family apart as they fear the stress of the break-up is doing no good for her delicate health.

Rumer, 23, who Demi has relied on throughout the break up is said to be shouldering most of the worry and is struggling to cope with her mother.

"[Rumer] desperately wants her mom to just sign the papers and get closure, so she can finally move on with her life and get herself better again," the insider added. "But Demi is a strong woman and won't be backed into a corner."

The actress checked herself into rehab earlier this year to seek treatment for addiction issues and an eating disorder which was rumoured to have been brought on by the breakdown of her marriage.
