A charity auction of items from James Bond films over the past 50 years raises thousands of pounds as stars gather for the event.
- A James Bond Sale at Christie's in London proved more than just an auction of 007 memorabilia.
- Former 007 Roger Moore was among the famous faces who drummed up interest in the lots.
- Dame Judi Dench, who plays Bond's spymaster boss, M, introduced one of the most hotly contested items of the night: Daniel Craig's blue trunks.
- The trunks, which Craig set temperatures rising in Casino Royale, sold for sold for £44,450.

- The orchestral score for the theme song Skyfall, signed on the cover by the performer Adele, sold for £13,750.
- Comedian David Walliams introduced the 2008 Aston Martin, two-door coupe driven by Craig in the most recent film, Quantum Of Solace. It went for 241,250.

A navy, wool Tom Ford suit worn by Daniel Craig in the new Skyfall film, which is out later this month, was estimated to sell for between £2,000 and £3,000, but fetched £46,850.
The complete works of Ian Fleming, the spy's creator, were expected to sell for between £10,000 and £15,000, but went for £91,250.
Many of the items were introduced by the 007 stars themselves, including Sir Roger Moore and Dame Judi Dench.
Dame Judi, who plays Bond's spymaster boss, M, introduced one of the most hotly contested lots of the night - Craig's blue trunks - with which he set temperatures rising in Casino Royale.
"All I'm going to tell you is they're unwashed," she said.
The size "L" navy and powder blue trunks by La Perla, labelled GrigioPerla and made in Italy, sold for £44,450.
James Bond's 2008 Aston Martin 6 Litre V12 DBS two-door coupe, which was driven by Craig in Quantum Of Solace, sold for £241,250.
Introducing the item comedian David Walliams joked the proceeds would to go to "the Roger Moore spray tan foundation".
Another highlight was the sale of a titanium Omega Seamaster Professional Planet Ocean watch, worn by Craig in Skyfall, for £157,250.
