XFACTOR judge Tulisa Contostavlos claims ex Justin Edwards tried to sell the sex tape of her to Playboy.
The allegation was set out in the latest judgment from the Royal Courts of Justice in her ongoing legal battle.
In them, Tulisa, 23, says she was warned in October 2011 that he was trying to broker a deal with the magazine.
She told lawyers to contact Edwards, 28 — also known as MC Ultra — to tell him to stop.
He responded by insisting she had made the tape and that he had no copies. Edwards stressed that he had never tried to sell any footage.
Last week Edwards was slapped with a £100,000 claim for damages for alleged breach of privacy and confidentiality after the six-minute video was leaked online.
