Now, reports have claimed that Tulisa has been granted a gagging order by the High Court after lawyers in both the UK and USA took action.The court injunction prevents anyone from using, publishing, communicating or disclosing to any other person, all or any part of the film.
It has been claimed that UK website Pappzd - who first published the sex tape - took down the video after receiving a "handwritten cease and desist notice".
While Tulisa has remained tight-lipped regarding the explicit seven-minute clip, her cousin and N-Dubz bandmate Dappy appeared to confirm on Twitter that the man in the video with the 23-year old was her ex-boyfriend Fazer.
Dappy's former girlfriend Kaye Vassell has since suggested the messages sent from the No Regrets singer's account were fake, tweeting: "He Has Defo Been Hacked LOL."
Tulisa's reps have refused to issue a statement regarding the episode, stating they would not be commenting on "speculation about her personal life".
