GUY Ritchie is reportedly engaged to model Jacqui Ainsley.

Madonna’s ex-hubby recently proposed to his girlfriend – who’s expecting their second child – according to UsMagazine.com.

The Sherlock Holmes director, 44, began dating Jacqui, 30, in 2010, and the couple welcomed their first child, son Rafael, in September last year.
A source told the website the pin-up accepted Guy’s proposal and the loved-up pair are now planning their nuptials.

Jacqui showed off a sparkly ring on her engagement finger as they left a Los Angeles restaurant on Sunday night.

Pretty Jacqui’s growing baby bump was hard to miss as she stepped out in a semi-transparent top.
However, Guy seemed more keen to draw attention to her finger bling as he held her hand aloft for all to see.

The movie-maker divorced Madonna in 2008 after nearly eight years.
They had two sons together – Rocco and adopted David.
