One Direction return to X Factor - and sound all lovely doing a ballad

The boys showed off their very good voices - and had a nice sit down, which they probably needed, bless them

They have been in A LOT of different countries lately. And when they do come home, they don't get much time to relax, they have to schlep on over to TV shows and chat to people and do A LOT of stuff.

So it's nice that they finally got to have a little sit down tonight, albeit on some stools on an X Factor stage.

Harry, Niall, Liam, Louis and Zayn sat down to sing their new song - a lovely ballad - on tonight's show, which featured the Best of British. Including Rylan in a truly awesome jacket.

Personally we watched it in the office with actual Chico, who brought his special healthy juice, while we ate some pizza.
